If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged product a refund may be possible.  Please contact chloe.amy.avery@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage.  Before a refund is possible, the product will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging.  Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.  Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange.  

If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

All UK shipping will come via signed for delivery.  Delivery will take between 5 and 7 working days.

 

All international shipping will come via tracked delivery.  Delivery will take between 10 and 14 working days.
